UC Graphics & Marketing provides graphic design, advertising, and marketing solutions to University Center Units. Below is a form any UC Unit can fill out if they have a request.

Please include any information you would like on the poster and upload any images you want incorporated into the design. If you do not upload images, we will not use any. There is also a spot for additional information at the bottom if there are special requests for formats or advertising. If there are fields where you don't have anything to add, just put "none."  Please be as detailed as possible and only fill out the form if you have all of the pictures and information necessary.
