Ever want to understand the parts of a personal computer and what makes them work? During this Major we will learn the basic function of each component and build a computer from scratch. We will then take our functioning machine and learn some basic computer skills related to the use of the internet, virus protection, application and performance management. In addition, we will discuss the core differences between laptop computers and your basic tower model.
