Winterim | Organic Chemistry Boot Camp

Once you register (including waitlisted), a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered with. Contact chemboot@uww.edu if you do not receive this confirmation email. You must have a working email address on file with us to be able to receive important announcements and updates about the course.

You are guaranteed a spot in the program when you register before all spots are taken. Review your confirmation. A confirmation that has (WAITLIST) under the Item section means you are not in the course and you are waiting for a spot to open. You will receive an email notification if a spot becomes available and you are the next person on the waitlist. You will have three days (or less, as indicated in the email) to respond and accept the open spot.

In the event you need to cancel email  chemboot@uww.edu no later than 21 days before the start of the session.

Drop/Refund Policy:  On or before December 15 : If you have paid, you will be dropped from the course and refunded in full. There is no refund after December 15. After December 15, if you have paid and request drop, you will be dropped from the course, but your tuition will not be refunded.

Text & Supplies: Lab manual will be provided. The student should bring their goggles and lab notebook.

Additional considerations and costs: 

• Housing- If you require overnight overnight accommodations please contact Matt Zielinski for reservations, zielinsm@uwplatt.edu. Pay accepted – cash or check. Reservations are limited and filled on a first come first serve basis.
• Food - No meal plan available. Information on campus and local options will be provided.
• Parking - No permit required. Parking map can be found on our website.
