  • International freshman applicants who attended for at least 2 years and graduated from a US high school
  • International transfer applicants who have taken Freshman Composition with a grade of C or better at a regionally accredited college in the US
  • International transfer applicants who have taken at least one full year of undergraduate course work) at an accredited college in one of the exempt countries
  • All undergraduate international applicants who are citizens of and have resided for the 2 years immediately prior to application for admission in the following countries:
