Online General Management Major

Management analyzes both the internal and external environment in an effort to achieve organizational goals. Managers coordinate organizational resources including people, facilities, processes and corporate culture, to identify business opportunities and develop strategies. Students learn about topics such as stakeholder management, motivation, leadership, strategy and ethics, and will be prepared to work in business, nonprofit and government organizations.

Course requirements can be found in the Online General Management Degree Requirements document. While all required courses are offered online, please note that not all electives are offered online. See the Online Course Offerings document for more information.

All online general management students have ready access to academic advising, library services, financial aid, technical support, mentoring, and career services.
