As we begin classes this fall, things will look different. We will be using a combination of face-to-face, remote and online classes to provide our students a safe, flexible and accessible learning environment. As a result, we will be relying more on technology. 

This presents a new challenge to our students who experience a technology gap. From having a reliable internet connection to the means to fully participate in class projects, some of our students need help.

How can I help?

We are heartened by how often we hear this from fellow Warhawks like you. We ask you to consider helping today by making a gift to the Warhawk Technology Fund in support of student needs.

Your generosity will support:

• Laptops, microphones, webcams: Remote learning requires technology that is cost-prohibitive to some of our students. A robust loaner program will allow those students to continue their education without the financial hardship of purchasing expensive equipment. 
• Broadband access (routers, modems, wifi hotspots): Students are learning in a variety of locations. With many family members working or studying from home, households are experiencing significant increases in bandwidth use. Other families simply lack internet access. This equipment will deliver more reliable internet connections and uninterrupted learning.

Getting into university has been the most important achievement of my life, and the next step is getting a degree. I am lucky to attend a university that drives me towards success. Access to technology has always been a hurdle for me; any donation that helps my peers and myself overcome this hurdle is an investment in our future.
