The Director of First Year Experience is responsible for the overall operations of the department, including administrative duties, budget management, program implementation,strategic planning, assessment, and supervision of the Manager of Orientation Programs, Manager of Mentor Programs, Manager of Learning Communities, and Office Manager.  The Director also provides direct leadership for programs and services such as New Student Seminar and Family Programming. The Director of First Year Experience reports to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Enrollment and Retention.
