Team Transfer
Team Transfer is made up of Transfer Orientation Leaders, Rock Orientation Leaders, and Transfer Peer Mentors that help new transfer students feel at home during their transition to UW-Whitewater. Transfer Orientation Leaders serve as a resource to transfer students during Warhawk Welcome and their first week on campus. Transfer Peer Mentors stay with transfer students throughout the fall semester, join them in their New Student Seminar section, and check-in with each student individually.
If you're a new transfer student at UW-Whitewater, you have support from Team Transfer!
Are you interested in developing your leadership, communication, and group facilitation skills? Do you see yourself as a role model and support for other transfer students? Joining Team Transfer is a great opportunity to hold a paid leadership position on campus and can help you develop stronger peer, faculty, and staff connections. Full job descriptions for the 2024 Team Transfer positions can be found using the following links: Transfer Peer Mentor, Transfer Orientation Leader, Rock Orientation Leader.
