Reactivation & Program Change Information

Are you interested in reapplying to your original program or a different UW-Whitewater graduate program? We've got you covered!

If you're considering changing your degree program or emphasis, the first step is to contact your academic advisor. Your advisor can provide valuable guidance on the process and requirements for making a program change. They can help you understand your options, evaluate the potential impact on your academic progress, and ensure a smooth transition.

If you're reactivating your application after taking a semester off, the reapplication process is designed to be quick and convenient for our students:

• No Need to Pay the Application Fee Twice: If you previously paid the application fee, you will not need to pay it again. The fee will be automatically waived when you submit your new application.
• Contact Us if You Have Any Issues: If you encounter any problems with the fee being waived, simply reach out to our team at gradschl@uww.edu and we will manually waive the fee for you.
