Lucy Recio, MPA. For more than a decade, Lucy Recio has worked on birth to career education policy and implementation at the federal, state, and local levels. A passionate community organizer, she has built campaigns, programs, and systems to inform policy, shape public perceptions, and create processes for advocate mobilization. A graduate of Georgetown University, Lucy holds a bachelor's degree in international culture and politics, with a concentration in justice and peace studies, and a master’s in public administration, a distinction she received as a National Urban Fellow.
