Erica Schepp, MSE
Erica Schepp, MSE, is the Director of the UW-Whitewater Children's Center. Erica holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education both from UW-Whitewater. Erica taught in various grades K- 3rd for ten years prior to working the last ten years as a Center Director and as an integral part of the ECE graduate summer courses at UW-W. She has also mentored and supervised ECE students for the past 14 years. She is passionate about issues involving gender equity and LGBTQ+ advocacy and has published on these topics. More recently, she has consulted for the Army Child and Youth Services.
