The knowledge base is a self-service library of easy-to-retrieve information and how-to instructions for technology services. The knowledge base is accessed through the ServiceNow self-service portal and contains hundreds of articles on how to use campus technology services, information on workstation patches, steps to resolve common issues, and more.

Getting Started with KBs

To search the entire knowledge base go to the Service-Now self-service portal. You can also browse a list of topics by visiting the Knowledge Base homepage or selecting Knowledge Base from the Service-Now homepage.
