Warhawk Alley Commitment
- Warhawk Alley will open with new guidelines and capacity limits to accommodate new social distancing practices and additional sanitation and cleaning times.
- We are committed to providing you with the best recreation experience possible while keeping our guests safe with a clean and socially distant experience.
- All services will be made available for our students and guests to have fun and relieve stress in between their studies!
- Student recreation, health and well-being is our priority!
Please book your lane, billiards table, ping pong or video game time through the UW-Whitewater app, or call ahead.
How to book your time slot via the UW-W app:
- Go to the menu in the upper left hand corner in the app
- Select “Campus Map”
- Search Warhawk Alley (upper right icon) and select location
- Select the “Book” tab (the app might take 10-20 seconds to load)
- Book your date and time
- Confirmation will be sent to your UW-W email, and can be reviewed on your events dashboard

**If you have more than two (2) people, you will need to book an additional lane time slot.
Reservations
- All events and gatherings are required to abide by the current Campus Events Policy as well as the Warhawks Return Safety Guidelines.
- Group reservations are limited to two (2) to four (4) guests at this time. All bookings are completed by time slot. Call or Email Warhawk Alley Front Desk for any questions. We are happy to help: (262) 472-1164 or WarhawkAlley@uww.edu.
- The alley capacity is 20 bowlers with up to two people per lane in accordance with campus policy. The billiards and video gaming area capacity is 25 combined.
- Time booking will be required through the new UW-W app or by calling ahead.
- Contactless payment available via Purple Points or credit card.
- Upon arrival, all guests will be required to stop at the front desk with their HawkCard ID for a contactless check-in.
- All equipment will be sanitized prior to your arrival including bowling balls, shoes, tables, chairs and billiards, ball racks and cue sticks. Lanes will include a set of sanitized bowling balls. Please sanitize any balls touched when fitting / selecting the right size for you.
- Once your time is complete, bowlers will leave all equipment on the lanes for staff to sanitize.
- We would love for guests to sanitize all equipment touched as well, after use to help keep our space clean and healthy for all.
- Guests will be encouraged to bring their own controllers when checking out video games. Personal games and gaming systems will not be allowed.
- Billiards players are encouraged to use their own cue stick or purchase one through the front desk. Hand chalk will not be available.
- Bags, ladder golf and ping pong are available for check out and use on the patio.
- A new Contactless Checkout system is available for Board Games and Patio / Yard Games by completing the linked form.
- Ping Pong on the patio (weather dependent) can be requested with 48-hour notice by emailing WarhawkAlley@uww.edu.
- Please feel free to bring your own water bottle or drink to stay hydrated during your time in Warhawk Alley.
- We ask that guests enjoy dining outside of the billiards and bowling area so time can be spent fully enjoy recreation.
- Dining tables are widely available outside of Warhawk Alley throughout the Flambeau Lounge, Down Under and many spaces in the UC.
