Changes to University Services and Operations

Athletics All winter and spring sports and athletic activities have been suspended.
Business Travel Business travel is limited to authorized, essential in-state activity.
Classes Face to face courses have been suspended for the remainder of the spring semester and for Summer 2020. Alternative methods of instruction will begin March 30 and continue throughout the Summer session. Online courses are still running as normal.
Employees Beginning Monday, March 23, only employees needed to deliver necessary campus services that cannot be completed through telecommuting will physically remain on UW-Whitewater's campuses.
Events All events including campus visits and tours are canceled until further notice.
Student Employees May begin to continue working with supervisor approval. Students should be excused from their on-campus job if they are leaving the area to go to their permanent residence.

Cashier's Office Department deposits can be arranged by calling the cashiers office at (262) 472 - 1378. Once a time is set, the staff member will meet the department representative at the Hyer Hall door to accept the deposit and have the department representative sign.

During this time mail will be delivered as normal as well as pick up and ship out any outgoing mail. For members of the campus that cannot pick their mail up on campus, the mail center is able to ship your mail to your home address.

University Health and Counseling Services

Our doors are open from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. UHCS has Health and Counseling staff available via phone and email from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. For the safety of students and staff, we are asking that anyone visiting UHCS call to make an appointment. May visits have been changed to phone visits. No walk-in appointments.
