Chancellor's Suite Game Day Info

Welcome to Perkins Stadium! Please review the following commonly asked questions for a stress free, fun-filled game day.

If you have additional questions, please contact Kieyana Bruhn, Chancellor's Office Event Coordinator, at BruhnKE23@uww.edu or 262-472-5031.

How do I get my game tickets?
On game day you will check in with the Community Service Officer at the main entrance to Lot 24 to receive your VIP lanyard and parking permit. The VIP lanyard is your ticket into the game and the suite. The parking space assigned to you will be indicated on the parking permit. If a handicap permit was requested, this will be reflected on the permit you are given.

Where should I park and is there a charge?
Follow this link to a campus map with all campus parking lots identified.
Chancellor's Suite guests have access to a complimentary space in Lot 24 (this map illustrates the numbered layout of the lot). Check in with the Community Service Officer at the main entrance to Lot 24 for help locating your parking spot. The space assigned to you will be indicated on the pass.
Complimentary shuttles are available in the parking lot to take patrons with mobility concerns to the stadium entrance before, during, and after the game. Guests can request a shuttle by contacting the parking attendant, Community Service Officer or Police Officer in the lot. Let them know you need a shuttle to take you to the Chancellor's Suite entrance at the stadium.

Will I have to go through a security check?
Yes.  All Chancellor's Suite attendees should use the VIP Security Station on the far left of Perkins Stadium's main entrance for quicker entry.  Similar to most professional sports events, security personnel will ask individuals to open jackets, purses or backpacks to ensure no prohibited items enter the stadium.  Backpacks, bags, chair-backs, binoculars, cameras, diaper bags, and medical items are allowed, but may receive special review.

What items are prohibited?
Food and beverages, weapons, strollers, flags, noisemakers, inflatables, lasers, and umbrellas are prohibited.  Signs stating prohibited items are posted at the entrance and on the Athletics website (www.uwwsports.com).

How do I get into the Chancellor's Suite?
The Chancellor's Suite entrance is located at the top of the hill at the back of the stadium. An event usher can direct you. At the entrance, a security officer will ask your VIP lanyard and direct you upstairs. The elevator is located on the north side of the building.

What if I bring a different guest than originally planned?
No problem, let us know ahead of time if you can by emailing BruhnKE23@uww.edu or calling 262-472-5031. This year, your VIP lanyard will serve as the only requirement for entrance to the Chancellor's Suite.

How early should I arrive?
You are welcome to join us in the Chancellor's Suite one hour before game time.  Please plan to arrive no less than 30 minutes prior to the game.

What should I wear?
Warhawk gear or anything purple! Please note the Chancellor's Suite is not air conditioned. The suite is enclosed with heat or fans on warmer days.  Layers are recommended.
