Career Fairs

UW-Whitewater Career Services hosts two all-majors internship & career fairs each year, and supports additional fairs throughout the year.

Employer registration for UW-Whitewater's Internship & Career Fairs is by invitation only. If you have not previously attended a UW-Whitewater Career Fair, or if your recruiting contact for your organization has changed, please email us at career@uww.edu to request an invitation. Please include the following information in your message to allow us to more quickly determine if your organization qualifies for an invitation:

  • Company name
  • Name, title, email, and phone number for the primary contact that should receive career fair information
  • Types of opportunities you are looking to recruit for at our fair (full-time degree-required or internship; note that our fairs are not for part-time or non-degree-required positions)
  • Majors you are looking to recruit

Spring 2025 Hawk Internship & Career Fair

Employer Registration Fee Per Day:
          -     $375 for Standard Employers
          -     $175 for Non-Profit* Employers (501(c)(3), government agency, and public school districts only)
          -     FREE for UW-Whitewater Career Services sponsor partners (more information here)
          -     Additional representative fees and electrical access fees apply

Employer Registration Dates: Registration typically opens by mid-December

Fall 2025 Accounting Sponsor Career Fair

Please note: There is no OESH Safety Career Fair for Spring 2025.  Employers seeking Occupational Safety majors for spring are encouraged to attend the Spring 2025 Hawk Internship & Career Fair, listed above. The fair will return in Fall 2025.
