Warhawks Donate - Fall 2024 Donation Drive Information
It is the season of giving, and Career Services is partnering with the Warhawk Food Pantry and Sustainability Office to collect donations with our Warhawks Donate drive.
Dates: Wednesday, November 20 - Friday, December 13, 2024
What: Donations of gently used professional clothing attire, non-perishable food items, and personal care & household items. A list of needed items has been provided below in the Wish List below, but we're happy to accept additional items as well.

Donation Wish List
Professional Attire for the Warhawk Success Closet:
- Suit Jackets / Blazers
- Dress Pants
- Dresses & Skirts
- Dress Shoes
- Dress Shirts / Blouses
- Ties & Belts
Items for the Warhawk Food Pantry:
- Non-Perishable Food Items: Individually wrapped snacks, canned and jarred goods, pasta & shelf stable breakfast foods
- Personal Hygiene Items: Unused full-sized items only, no travel-sized items please.
- Oral Health: toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, floss
- Personal Care: deoderant, feminine products, hair care, soap, lotion, razors, skincare, body wash, cosmetics, sunscreen
- Household Items: Laundry soap or pods, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates
- School Supplies: Unused, in good condition. Notebooks, folders, binders, pens, pencils, art supplies
Other non-perishable food and personal care & household items will be gladly accepted.
About the Warhawk Success Closet & Warhawk Food Pantry
Career Services runs the Warhawk Success Closet, a resource filled with professional attire and solely sourced from donations. Students may take items for FREE to keep for interviews, attending career & internship fairs, or to use as work attire for jobs or internships. The Warhawk Success Closet is open year round, and students can stop by McCutchan Hall Room 226 Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm to browse the racks to pick out what they need.
The Warhawk Food Pantry was established in 2018 to provide a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for students and others to obtain food, toiletries, school supplies, and information about other resources available to them. The pantry is located in Drumlin Dining Hall Room 143 (entrance 2 next to the loading dock). Fall 2024 hours are listed here.

How to Donate:
Thank you for your interest in donating to the Warhawk Success Closet and/or the Warhawk Food Pantry during the Warhawks Donate drive! We have multiple ways for you to donate your items:
- Donation Bins Across Campus: We have placed donation bins in a few locations across campus for your convenience, in partnership with some other campus units. You can place your donations in the boxes labeled "Warhawks Donate Drop Box" in the following locations. We will collect them when the boxes are full or on Friday 12/13.
- Andersen Hall Lobby (outside of the doors to the Library by the Royal Purple box)
- Hyland Hall Atrium (outside of room 1200 under the main staircase)
- University Center at the One Stop office in room 129
- McCutchan Hall Lobby
- Upham Hall (near the Greenhouse)
- Goodhue Hall
- Drop Off in Career Services
- You can drop off your donations in Career Services (McCutchan Hall 226) Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm at our front desk.
- If you would like a donation receipt, please let us know.

- Drive-Up Donation Hours at the Laurentide Parking Lot (#2): We will be hosting a drop-off point in lot 2 (on the East side of the lot closest to McCutchan) where you can drive up and we will pick up donations directly from your car. Drive up to the Warhawks Donate sign along the curb by Laurentide Hall and put on your hazard lights and call our front desk at 262-472-1471. Our staff will meet you at your car to take your donation with a cart. Donations may be made during the following days/hours:
- Monday - Friday between 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Please note: We will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday 11/21 & Friday 11/22 and will be unable to accept donations on these dates
- Schedule a Drop-Off Appointment: If you are unable to stop by during our standard donation hours (above), you can call our office to schedule an appointment to drop off your donation.
- To schedule a time, please call 262-472-1471.

- From Main Street, head South on Prince Street
- Turn right into the second driveway for Parking Lot 2 (next to Laurentide Hall/Succes Center)
- Pull up to the curb closest to McCutchan and Chrisman Success Center/Laurentide halls and look for the Warhawks Donate sign. Please stay with your car with your hazard lights on to avoid a ticket
- Call our office to let us know you have arrived (262-472-1471)
