Our events tend to sell out quickly, so it's recommended to register as soon as possible. If the event is already sold out, you can choose to register for the waitlist at no charge. If a spot becomes available and you are next on the waitlist, you will receive an email notification. You will have three days (or less, as indicated in the email) to respond and accept the open spot.

Your online registration and payment are always safe and secure. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit card payments in our online registration system. We will NOT accept credit card payments over the phone. Parking
Participants may park in the Visitor Center parking lot 7, across the street from Hyland Hall building, located on the corner of Warhawk Dr. and Starin Rd. (enter the parking lot from Warhawk Dr). Parking permits are required on all vehicles parked on campus at all times. A few days prior to the event we will email you with directions on how to receive a free parking pass. Contact cesevents@uww.edu if you do not receive an email message.

Insurance
Registrants are encouraged to have their own health insurance as accident insurance provided by the University is limited. Each registrant will be covered by a limited accident insurance policy. The insurance includes primary coverage up to $10,000. Insurance does not cover pre-existing injuries and is for accidents only. The cost of insurance is included in the registration fee.
