UW-Whitewater Business and Leadership Camp

Looking to give your teen a competitive edge? The Whitewater Business and Leadership Camp offers an unforgettable five-day, overnight experience for high school students interested in business, leadership, and personal growth. Hosted on the UW-Whitewater campus by Pi Sigma Epsilon, a sales and management student organization, students dive into exciting topics including entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, and sales through interactive workshops and competitions. Guided by some of our esteemed faculty and college mentors, campers build communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while crafting their resumes and learning how to pitch business ideas. The camp culminates with a high-energy business case competition, testing campers’ growth across the week as they apply everything they’ve learned in a dynamic, team-driven challenge.

Beyond the business skills, campers experience what it’s like to live and learn at UW-Whitewater, exploring the campus, dining facilities, and student community. For seniors and incoming freshmen, it’s an incredible chance to envision their future at Wisconsin’s top business school. It’s not just a camp—it’s a launchpad for future success.

Camp Features:

  • Instruction from world renowned UW- Whitewater faculty
  • Professional assistance with resume building and interviewing skills
  • Workshops on digital marketing, business finance, sales, and more
  • Competitions to develop real world business skills
  • Awards Ceremony on Friday open to family and friends of the campers.
