Limited to the first 24 students in each session. Waitlist is available and you are encourage to register for each institution you would take the course at.
Registration
Registration opens January 27, 2025 at 8:00 a.m.
To register for this event and secure your spot, click the link above and complete the online registration form before May 1, 2025. This does not enroll you in the course. You will receive instruction from the campus you will be attending on how to enroll. The course fills up quickly, so it's recommended to register as soon as possible. If the location you want is already full, you can choose to register for the waitlist. It is advised to register and be placed on waitlist for all institutions you are willing to attend.
Once you register for a spot, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered with. Contact chemboot@uww.edu if you do not receive this confirmation email. You must have a working email address on file with us to be able to receive important announcements and updates about the course.
You are guaranteed a spot in the program when you register before all spots are taken. Review your confirmation. A confirmation that has (WAITLIST) under the Item section means you are not in the course and you are waiting for a spot to open. You are encourage to complete a registration for every institution you are willing to take the class at, including those that have a waitlist.
By February you will receive instruction from the campus you will be attending on how to enroll. You must enroll in the class by April 1, 2025 or you will loose your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
It means you are waiting to see if a spot opens up. On April 15th we will know what students that have not enrolled in the course. Spots may become available at this time. We will notify the next person on the waitlist by email. They will have three days (or less, as indicated in the email) accept the open spot and get enroll in the course. Be sure to get on the waitlist for all institutions you are willing to enroll at.
Preparing for the Course
Reference the campus calendar or connect with your school’s contact to best understand important dates for dropping the or withdrawing from the course and the associated financial and academic impacts.
UW-Platteville
All Locations: Lab manual will be provided. The student should bring their goggles and lab notebook.
UW-Green Bay: Room blocks are offered at local hotels and on-campus housing at UW-Green Bay. Once you are registered, you will receive more information on housing options.

Manitowoc County campus: No overnight housing available.
Rock County campus: No overnight housing available.
While there are no meal plans available to purchase, there is food available at some campus locations. For specific questions, please email your campus contact.
