Dr. Dursun Delen

Dr. Dursun Delen is a distinguished scholar and thought leader in the fields of business analytics, data science, and information systems. He holds the Spears Endowed Chair in Business Administration and the Patterson Family Endowed Chair in Business Analytics at Oklahoma State University's Spears School of Business, where he also serves as a Regents Professor of Management Science and Information Systems and Director of Research for the Center for Health Systems Innovation. With over three decades of experience bridging academia and industry, Dr. Delen brings unparalleled expertise in advanced analytics, decision support systems, and data science. Before his academic career, he served as a research scientist for a private consultancy firm, leading high-impact analytics projects funded by agencies such as the Department of Defense (DoD), NASA, NIST, and the Department of Energy (DoE).
