  • Spring Session - Mondays and Wednesdays | January - May, 2024| 7:00 p.m. - 8:40 p.m.  
  • Summer Session - July 17, 24 & 31, 2024 | 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  
  • Fall Session- Mondays and Wednesdays | September - December, 2024| 7:00 p.m. - 8:40 p.m.  

Limited to the first 64 registrants in each session.

Registrations accepted online one month after a session starts.

Registration Questions

Registrants will be asked the following questions in the registration. Please have the information prior to registering:

  • Participant details: First & last name, country, address, city, state, postal code, county, email, pronouns, how did you hear about this event, years of experience, I agree to the terms and conditions,  I agree to the code of conduct, and accommodations/comments
  • Emergency contacts (max 5, min 1): First & last name, phone number, email, and relationship to the participant
  • Event specific: Are you 18 or older, instrument of choice

Confirmation Emails
Once you register to attend an event (including waitlisted), a confirmation email will be sent to your email account. Contact cesevents@uww.edu if you do not receive this confirmation email. You must have a working email address on file with us to be able to receive important announcements and updates about this event.

This event is free with registration.

Parking
Free parking is available in campus lots except in areas reserved for faculty and staff as well as on the streets near the campus. Parking on campus is regulated by the Rock County Sheriff’s Department.

UW-Whitewater will hold all registrants responsible for their conduct. Serious misconduct or disruption will lead to immediate dismissal from event. Insurance

Registrants are encouraged to have their own health insurance as accident insurance provided by the University is limited. Each registrant will be covered by a limited accident insurance policy. The insurance includes primary coverage up to $10,000. Insurance does not cover pre-existing injuries and is for accidents only. The cost of insurance is included in the registration fee.
