Mr. Evangelisti is a Lecturer in the Department of Occupational & Environmental Safety & Health at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater (UWW). He has dveloped and/or taught the following courses in classroom and online formats:
- Safety 201: Personal and Public Safety
- Safety 382: Construction Safety
- Safety 420: Environmental Management
- Safety 453: Environmental Law
- Safety 474: Facility Water Management
- Safety 489: Hazardous Materials Management
- BEINDP 200: Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) module
Bob received a UWW College of Business and Economics Outstanding Academic Staff Award in 2020.
He has over 45 years of domestic and international industrial, consulting and academic experience in the environmental, safety and health (ESH) field.
Mr. Evangelisti is a principal with Robert Evangelisti, LLC and is a:
- Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- Certified Environmental Auditor (CEA)
- Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM)
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
Bob has given papers at over 45 environmental and safety conferences. He has lectured on over 25 topics at professional seminars.
He has a Master of Engineering degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester.
Mr. Evangelisti has organized seminars on Environmental Auditing, Hazardous Materials Management, Root Cause Analysis, Hazardous Waste Management, Environmental Science, Water and Wastewater, HAZWOPER, Incident Investigation, etc.
Bob is the past president and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Environmental Technologists (FET). He is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the Midwest Water Analysts Association (MWWA), and the Central States Water Environment Association (CSWA).
He has worked in over 20 states and 25 countries. Bob retired from SC Johnson in 2012.
