Bilingual/Bicultural & ESL

Bilingual/bicultural licenses and English as a second language licenses are consistently categorized as ‘shortage areas’ by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (as well as many other states). This means there are many open positions that need to be filled in order to meet the needs of K-12 bilingual and multilingual learners in our schools.
