Clinical Interests 

My clinical interests include trauma-informed practice in schools, trauma healing and community re-engagement in conflict affected areas, providing culturally responsive mental health and psychosocial support, working with vulnerable groups/individuals, Addiction prevention and intervention.

 My research interest is in both school and mental health counseling: culturally responsive mental health counseling approaches, implementing strategies for student resilience; and in social-emotional learning: integrating curriculum for student well-being, promoting equity and diversity in school counseling practices, internationalization of school counseling, and so on.

About Me

My interests outside of school focus on promoting partnership, advocacy, leadership and social justice/ being a change agent.  Volunteerism and providing training for and empowering women, children, and youth are my best qualities as a person.

My hobbies include walking and activities connected to the Mother Nature, traveling, reading, listening to songs, and listening to others when they need comfort.
