Cheryl Price, supervisor for teacher candidates, received her undergraduate degree from UW-Stevens Point in Elementary Education, a Master's of Science in Educational and Professional Development from UW-Whitewater and her Certification in Educational Administration from UW-Madison.  In 2018, Ms. Price returned to UW-Whitewater after dedicating 37 years of her career to public education, which included 22 years as an EC-5 elementary principal.  During her tenure as a school principal, Ms. Price spent nine years as the District Coordinator for Four-Year-Old Kindergarten and eight years as the EC-12 summer school principal in the Stoughton School District.  Since retiring in 2016, Ms. Price has continued her leadership role mentoring principals and directors, as well as supervising teachers with a focus on the Charlotte Danielson Framework.  One of her many highlights in her educational career was being trained at the New Teacher Institute in California, a program that supports new teachers, that makes this supervising position a great asset in developing and supporting future teachers!
