Applicants prepare applications and sends to ORSP for uploading into the Huron Research Suite (HRS) |
March 7 - Sept. 15, 2025 |

Complete proposals and any appendices into HRS and route to Department Chair for approval |
Sept 15, 2025 |
|
Complete proposals are routed to Deans for approval |
Sept 22, 2025 |

Deans route to ORSP |
Sept 29, 2025 |
|
ADC completes review of proposals and makes recommendations |
Oct 3 - 27, 2025 |
|
ADC recommendations sent to Provost |
Oct 31, 2025 |
|
Recommendations submitted to the UW System Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs |
Nov 15, 2025 |

Notification to applicant, when released from UW System |

Departments and College Support
Sabbatical applications must be routed through Cayuse for Departmental and College approval. Any applications that are not approved at any step in the process will not be submitted for review by ADC.
