  1. Log in to WINS.
  2. Click AAR – BASED ON COURSE UNITS > AAR.
  3. Reading the Fluid (online) AAR:
    1. A green checkmark means the requirement or line is completed.
      1. Please note: some requirements may show as satisfied even though the lines below them are unsatisfied. All line minimums must be met before a requirement will truly be satisfied.
  4. A gold diamond means the requirement or line is not complete.
  5. Below each requirement or line that is not satisfied, is a percentage that identifies what type of minimum is needed—such as courses, units, or GPA.
  6. To the right of the percentage is a bar graph that visually represents your progress toward the minimums.
    1. GPA bar graphs also have a thin black line that shows the target versus your personal GPA.
  7. 9.        The order of requirements on the AAR will always be:
    1. Area I - Overall 120 units and 2.00 cumulative GPA required to graduate from the university
      1. Note: any courses completed that are remedial (any course numbered 99 or below) will not be counted in the 120 units required for graduation
    2. Area II Test Scores – this area will include ACT/SAT/UW System Placement test scores and how they relate to the Math and English classes that you place into based on those scores
    3. Area III Communication and Calculation Skills – this area includes required English, Math, and Communication courses
    4. Area IV University Requirements – this area includes 32 units of overall general education requirements that you need to complete as part of your 120 credits at the university
    5. Area V Diversity – this area includes a course taken that meets the U.S Racial and Ethnic Diversity requirement for the university
    6. Area VI Degree Requirements – this area includes the specific requirements related to your declared degree and college
    7. Area VII – this area begins the requirements for your declared major and/or emphasis. The number of numerals does vary from major to major and emphasis to emphasis.
    8. After all the requirements for your major and/or emphasis, the requirements for any minors that you have declared will appear.
    9. After all the requirements for your minor, the requirements for any certificates that you have declared will appear.
    10. Additional sections you may see:
      1. Once you have reached 90 units, a message will appear at the top of your AAR about applying for graduation. You should apply to graduate at least one full semester before you intend to graduate.
      2. Certain degrees and majors have additional requirements that may appear above Area I. This can include admission to a particular program or community service requirements.

If you have any questions about your AAR, please talk to your academic advisor. If your advisor is unavailable, questions may be directed to the department or college.
