I teach first-year writing classes and modern and contemporary American literature, and I've advised the Gamma Delta chapter of Sigma Kappa Delta English Honor Society since 2006. I'm also a fan of horror movies, I'm learning Spanish (which is difficult but interesting), and occasionally I participate in slam poetry events.
