UW-Whitewater at Rock County

COMPETITIVE SPORTS

Intercollegiate athletics returned to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater at Rock County in the fall of 2023 as the volleyball team held the first campus competition in five years. As of the fall of 2024, the women’s volleyball and men’s soccer teams each compete at the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) level. The NJCAA includes two-year colleges from around the nation – nearly 60,000 student-athletes compete across 28 sports.

UW-Whitewater at Rock County looks forward to expanding the athletic department to include more teams in the coming years.
