Accounting Structure

The accounting structure used at UW-Whitewater follows the guidelines and criteria established by UW System.  Please use the links below to learn more about the chart fields (account code, fund and program codes) used in the accounting system to properly classify revenue, expenditure and budget transactions.  The department code structure provides a hierarchy of our campus setup, and the department code listing shows all funding combinations available for transactions.
