Test anxiety is one of the most common academic concerns cited by UW-Whitewater students. While there are many factors that contribute to this anxiety, one of the easiest ways to reduce this type of stress is to better prepare yourself for exams. To do this, try some of the study strategies listed below. 

Remember, feeling some anxiety during exams is normal (and beneficial!), but if you're experiencing excessive, debilitating amounts of anxiety you should let someone know right away.
