Caleb Flack is an Assistant Professor in the School Psychology Program at UW-Whitewater. Prior to joining the faculty at UW-Whitewater, he received his B.A. in Psychology from Carleton College and Ph.D. in School Psychology from UW-Madison. Caleb completed his pre-doctoral internship with the Illinois School Psychology Internship Consortium in Palatine, IL. Caleb’s research interests are in school mental health, mental health equity, and family-school collaboration. His research has examined longitudinal patterns and predictors of family-school connections with a focus on implications for evidence-based intervention. Caleb has contributed to a randomized controlled trial examining the effectiveness of a culturally adapted mental health intervention for African American youth. Caleb teaches coursework in foundations of school psychology, academic achievement and progress monitoring, and cognitive assessment. He also supervises practicum students and interns.
