Living the Language
Fall 2024 Learning Communities
Learn, love and live your foreign language
In this community, first-year residents with a foreign language major or minor have the opportunity to explore and engage in their language more in-depth through Dine and Discuss, a program designed to bring students together to discuss, in their foreign language, a variety of topics while sharing a meal as a community each week. Students in this LC will collaborate with the Global Village, and other special programs, events, and service experiences. Students will also have the opportunity to interact with instructors from the their language department and gain exposure to the various foreign language offerings of the university beyond their own.
