Ticket Balance Inquiry

Complete all of the boxes on this form and submit it.   It will be received and processed by Parking Services, and a response to your inquiry will be sent to you via email.   Please ensure that all fields are completed, or Parking Services will not be able to provide you with the information about the balance due on all unpaid parking tickets for your vehicle.  

If you have more than one vehicle with citations, you must complete this form twice.  However, do NOT put multiple plate numbers on the same form.    Instead, once you've completed it for the first vehicle, click the back button on your browser and re-enter the information for the next vehicle.
