Ticket Services

There are several ways to order tickets for UW-W events.

1. In person at the following locations:
   • Greenhill Center of the Arts Box Office, located in the atrium (CA 1041).
     • Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Academic Year)
     • Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Summer/Winterim hours)
   • University Center Information Services, UC 159.
     • Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
2. Online at tickets.uww.edu. There is no longer an extra fee for purchasing tickets online. All fees are included in the price of the ticket.
3. By phone: Call UW-W Ticket Services at (262) 472-2222 to place your orders. Telephone orders are accepted when charged to your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card. 

If a VALID UW-W student ID card is presented, discounted tickets MAY be available. Special prices for Children, Groups, and Senior Citizens MAY also be available.

What happens if I lose my tickets?  
For some events you will be able to get your tickets reprinted. If you lose your ticket, contact Ticket Services for more information about replacements.  

Do you offer gift certificates?  
Yes! Gift certificates for any amount may be purchased at Ticket Services, for Young Auditorium events only or by phone.  

What is the Ticket Services' policy on bringing infants and toddlers to performances?
Please use discretion in deciding whether your child is old enough to sit in their own seat without distracting others. Per fire codes, all persons attending an event will need a ticket, regardless of age.

When can I pick up my tickets before the show?
Tickets may be retrieved at any time during regular business hours, and one hour prior to the performance at any of our "Will Call" windows, located at the event venue.
