WHO NEEDS A TICKET?

Everyone, no matter what age, needs an individual ticket.  Your child may sit in your lap, but because of occupancy regulations for the building, EVERYONE, no matter what age, will need to have their own individual ticket.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?

The majority of your purchase will go towards the event you are attending. A small portion also goes to fund Ticket Services ticketing software as well as paying the wonderful student staff that helps with your purchase.

TICKET EXCHANGES

Guests wishing to be seated together must order at the same time to assure being seated with the rest of your party. We cannot guarantee seats for later additions to your order, especially when we need to comply with safety guidelines due to COVID-19. Tickets cannot be exchanged between events as each show is unique and funds are not transferable from one event to another. If the exchange is for a higher-priced ticket, you are responsible for the difference in cost. If the exchange is for a lower-priced ticket, the difference will not be refunded per the No Refunds policy.

WHAT CAN A GIFT CARD BE USED FOR?

The top of your gift card will tell you which department your gift card's funds belong to. All funds must stay with that department.
