Wellness programming to provide free programs and resources for students, faculty, and staff. We often visit classrooms, residence halls, and organization meetings focusing on balancing the Eight Dimensions of Wellness.

Personal Interests/Hobbies/Fun Fact
I’m a double boy-mom and double dog-mom! Our favorite thing to do is spend time outside as a family (in every season.) Going out to eat is my love language and in my free time you will probably find me re-decorating or re-arranging my house
