Your Mental Health Matters at UW-Whitewater
At UW-Whitewater, we understand that mental health challenges can affect your day-to-day life, and we're committed to supporting your mental well-being. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, or anything else, there are free and accessible mental health resources available to you at UWW.
- University Health & Counseling Services provides brief, solution-focused in-person and virtual counseling year-round. Call 262-472-1305 to schedule an appointment.
- Mantra Health provides free virtual counseling sessions with evening and weekend availability. You can schedule an appointment from the convenience of homr at https://app.mantrahealth.com/
- Winther Counseling Services offers individual, couples, family and group counseling provided by graduate Counseling students in Winther Hall during the academic year. Evening appointments are available. Call 262-472-2842 to schedule.
- Relaxation Room located within the Ambrose Health Center, students can schedule free 25 or 55 minute appointments by phone or online. The space is a low stimulation room with various relaxation tools, including a massage chair, weighted blanket and a light box.
- YOU@UWW Access personalized mental health resources, tips on balancing school, life, and relationships, and more. Visit https://you.uww.edu/sign-in and log in with your Net-ID.
- Togetherall Access peer support, learn stress management techniques, and connect with students who understand your struggles - all anonymously and available 24/7. Free for all UWW students. Register today at https://account.v2.togetherall.com/register/student
- Peer Engagement Program Connect with a UWW peer to attend a campus event together. For more information follow P.E.P on Connect 2.
- Warhawk Wellness Program offers holistic, ongoing wellness campaigns and events on campus throughout the semester.
