Wellness Coaching

Wellness Coaching will launch for individual and group sessions in the Fall 2025 semester.

Wellness Coaching is an activity designed for UW-Whitewater students, facilitated by the Wellness Coordinator to help enrich the lives of students during their time here on campus. The questions included in the activity workbook will help students process and understand their top wellness priorities, guide them through setting specific goals, and connecting with resources available on campus. Wellness Coaching is not a Counseling Service.

Each of the wellness priorities fall within at least one of the Eight Dimensions of Wellness; a framework to help you assess various aspects of your life and strive for a holistic sense of well-being. Wellness is a proactive approach to achieving a balanced and fulfilling life, and you get to decide what that looks like for you individually.

Eight Dimensions of Wellness

Wellness combines eight dimensions of well-being into a quality way of living. Being well goes beyond just physical activity and nutrition. Wellness at UW-Whitewater encompasses all aspects of living life to the fullest. By balancing these dimensions, you can improve your overall quality of life.
