Student Organizations and Campus Departments may post items to the University Housing Digital Signage System. Two options exist for postings, a 640 pixel tall by 980 pixel wide graphic and/or a text based event with date and time. All postings to Residence Hall Digital Signage are subject to authorization by Complex Directors and Assistant Complex Directors of respective buildings. Event promotion in the residence halls should be conducted via this mechanism.
