LOW-RISE HOUSING

Live in a close-knit community that represents the best of campus housing. Our low-rise housing options are practical, convenient, and ideal for students looking to find their fit. These co-ed scattered spaces are open to freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

East campus low-rise options

Four low-rise residence halls are located on the east side of campus near Esker Dining Hall. Knilans, Tutt, and Wellers halls are nestled in the northeast corner of campus near our high-rise living options and two of our largest resident parking lots on campus, while Fischer Hall sits just to the east of Ma’iingan Hall.

West campus low-rise options

The six residence halls below are located in close proximity to each other around Drumlin Dining Hall. If you’re a fan of fitness, then you’re in luck — these college dorms are just steps away from the Williams Center recreation facility, the outdoor intramural fields, and the Warhawk Outdoor Tennis Complex. You’ll enjoy the community feel beyond your own residence hall.
