Goodhue Front Desk

The Goodhue Front desk offers many services for students living in the Residence Halls.

Packages: Any packages addressed to a student living on-campus, delivered by FedEx, UPS, Speedy, DHL, Amazon or other carriers will be delivered to the Goodhue Front Desk. USPS packages will be delivered to the student’s Residence Hall front desk. When a student receives a package at either desk, they will be notified via email that they have a package available to be picked up.

Bike Locker Rental: Students may submit an application on the University Housing Student Portal to rent a bike locker for the semester or academic year. All lockers are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Refunds: Refunds for funds lost in vending machines in the Residence Halls, can be processed at the Goodhue desk. Please note we are unable to refund any transaction greater than $5 at this desk.

Model Room: A University Housing sponsored model student room is located near the Goodhue front desk. This room will provide students, parents and guests with an idea of the accommodations that students will receive in the Residence Halls.

Guest Housing: University Housing offers affordable and convenient temporary housing accommodations for commuter students, faculty, families and other guests affiliated with the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Click here for more information: Guest Housing

The Goodhue Front desk is located on the first floor of Goodhue Hall. We recommend that you use the Main Entrance to the building, located on the South-West corner, to access the desk via elevator or stairwell.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 9:00 pm

Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
