If you are experiencing issues with your cable service in the residence halls please follow these steps.

1. Check campus e-mail for maintenance notices.

2. Check connections in back of television.

3. Ensure that television is set to the correct cable input.

- Name

- Residence Hall

- Room Number

- Phone Number where you can be reached

- Brief description of the problem

- Possible times when one roommate will be present
