The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater is committed to fostering an environment that is free from gender-based discrimination and harassment, including sexual assault and all other forms of gender-based misconduct.
The UW-Whitewater Policy on Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment applies to students, employees, visitors and guests. (For conduct alleged to have occurred prior to August 14, 2020, a prior version of the policy will apply).
