I use a holistic and humanistic lens to address presenting concerns by exploring underlying issues related to family of origin, fears, and past experiences. Utilizing Adlerian theory, curiosity, humor, self-disclosure, and encouragement allows me to build rapport with clients and establish a healthy therapeutic alliance.
