YOUNG AUDITORIUM

Welcome to Young Auditorium at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater — one of southeast Wisconsin’s premier performing arts venues. This state-of-the-art facility features 1,300 seats and a 400-square-foot stage that hosts dozens of dance, music, theatre, comedy, and university events each year. Our building is fully accessible, with seating for 46 wheelchairs, and technology to assist guests with visual or hearing impairments.

Parking

The Young Auditorium is located along U.S. Highway 12 (Main St.) on the west edge of Whitewater, adjacent to the Center of the Arts. Parking is available in Lot #1 and Lot #2. Enter all of these lots from N. Prince Street. Parking meters are not enforced during events. Parking is also available on nearby city streets and in the Starin Road campus lot.

Directions to the loading dock

Turn North at the traffic light at West Main St. and Prince St. Turn right at the 3rd parking lot entrance. The loading dock is approximately 50 yards ahead on the right. Look for the white garage door 48" above street level. Enter the building through door #2.
