Description
The 6-Day Strength Based split is designed to implement a combination of dumbbells and an easy-curl bar to achieve a workout that is focused around exercises that you can do within a weight room but with the minimal equipment that you have at home. It focuses only on accessory movements to help you maintain what you have during this time where gyms are unavailable. Each workout is about 20 minutes (give or take) depending on how fast you go through it.
