- Students should start making plans for whether or not they will be living on-campus for Fall 2025 – Spring 2026.
- Students looking to live in Pulliam or Ma’iingan should match up in a group of four students.
- Students considering living off campus who are two or more years out of high school, graduating, transferring schools, studying abroad, and/or student teaching should submit a deposit refund request.
- Students who are currently in their first year and are considering alternative housing options, such as living at home, should review the exemption process and submit the required documentation if applicable.

March 10, 2025
Applications for Pulliam, Ma’iingan, and XL doubles applications close at noon.
March 18, 2025
Students who applied for Pulliam, Ma’iingan, and XL doubles will be notified if they were successful in their application for one of these options.
March 19-20, 2025
Students approved for Pulliam and Ma’iingan Halls will choose their rooms. Time slots and directions for selection will be sent in the March 18 acceptance email.
March 20, 2025
XL double room assignments sent to students by 4 pm.
April 1 (9 a.m.) - April 3 (9 a.m.)
